Our law firm was created by trial attorney Carter Morey in 1996. Since that time, the Law Office of Carter Morey has been dedicated to protecting the rights of patients and consumers throughout the state of Arizona. The focus of our practice is on cases involving serious personal injury, wrongful death and insurance bad faith.

Our founding attorney, Carter Morey, has been handling personal injury claims for 35 years in Tucson. Mr. Morey was a co-founding partner of the law firm of Haralson, Kinerk & Morey, P.C., and now he works with attorneys Gregory G. Wasley and Linda S. Sherrill to help injured clients throughout Arizona. Our team of trial lawyers has 90 years of combined experience.
